Warranty Coverage
This warranty provides coverage for any defects or malfunctions that may occur in the laptops and PCs
you have purchased from Griffin-IT. The warranty covers the entire unit, ensuring
that any issues with the device as a whole will be addressed and resolved under the terms of this
warranty. If your laptop or PC experiences any defects or malfunctions within the warranty period, we
will provide a complete unit replacement to ensure your satisfaction and continued usage of our
products
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- 1. Duration: The warranty period is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
- 2. Advance Replacement: In the event of a covered component failure, we will provide you with an advance replacement unit at no additional cost. We will ground ship the replacement unit to you within 1 business day of approving your warranty claim.
- 3. Return of Faulty Component: Upon receiving a full unit advance replacement, you are required to return the faulty unit within 30 day using the provided prepaid return ship label. Failure to return the faulty unit within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges. Some warranty claims may be resolved by sending an individual part (ex. laptop batteries). You rep is available to assist with warranty claims support.
- 4. Warranty Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.
- 5. Warranty Exclusions:This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal usage. Advanced eeplacement of damaged machines from these conditions may be available for fee, determined at time of incident.
- 6. Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team; or simply log into portal and search your orders by service tag, you'll see an RMA button in action column to begin a claim. Service tag and description of issue are required to initiate claim.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Griffin-IT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the laptops and
PCs covered by this warranty.
