Our top brass, James Griffin, began over 20 years ago in the secondary market IT equipment space, gathering resources and suppliers along the way.
In 2018 he launched our current program goaled to provide MSPs with a 3YR warranty & support option on a refurb budget. Within a few years, we discovered keeping free stock onsite with our MSPs made selling hardware easier for them.
Now, on any given day, we have about around million dollars worth of new and refurb equipment out on Net90 with our MSP partners in the US.
What sets us aside from the rest (other than the fact we’ll send you product for free and ship it back for free) is our flexible and responsive sales & support team lead by Jay MacGill. Via online MSP communities, such as IT Business Owner’s Group and 7-Figure MSP, Jay has established Griffin-IT’s reputation for rapid response sales, technical support and RMA mitigation.
