CAROLYNE WITHAM – My Story
Carolyne grew up in Montreal, Canada, moving to Vancouver after graduating from Concordia University with a BFA in theater with a focus on literature and performance. There she started her career in the entertainment industry, working in Film, TV and Commercials, which eventually took her to Toronto, where she was recruited to work as a Communications Coach for companies needing to elevate their customer service skills. She received extensive corporate coaching training with experts at the E-Roleplay Practica Learning Company, and from that moment, she found a new passion for helping companies with their communication, management and leadership skills, as well as offering guidance on employee engagement, hiring skills and career pathing. Carolyne is fluent in French and continues to work professionally in both languages.
When not consulting, Carolyne enjoys playing music with several groups in the Los Angeles area. As a trumpet player, she regularly performs with Orchestras, Jazz Bands and R&B Bands.
