Chrissy Hill – My Story
Before joining Griffin Resources, Chrissy worked with startup organizations for more than 7 years building out Go-To-Market and Technical teams, as well as supporting the implementation of People Operations guidelines and best practices. She brings expertise in creative sourcing methods, relationship management, onboarding, DEIB, and candidate experience.
Outside of work, Chrissy enjoys spending time exploring Dallas with her husband, Cody, and playing tug-of-war with her German Shepherd, Creed. In her spare time, she can be found trying a new baking recipe, attempting a new personal record at the gym, or sitting with friends at the local winery.
