Justin Bates– My Story
Justin was born in Michigan and moved to South Tampa in 2020 to enjoy all the sunshine state has to offer.
Throughout Justin’s career, he has worked HR in various industries ranging from fields such as: legal, healthcare, hospitality, and engineering/tech. During this time, he has successfully developed and demonstrated his skills in all aspects of HR.
Outside of work, Justin participates in beach volleyball, music festivals, and volunteering with the Florida Special Olympics.
