Stephanie Baum – My Story
Stephanie is an HR Director at Griffin Resources. She provides Human Resources support to local businesses within a variety of industries.
Stephanie was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She moved to Central Florida in 2009.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Olivet Nazarene University. Throughout Stephanie’s career, she has provided Human Resources support to several small to medium size businesses.
She lives with her husband in Deltona, Florida. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in outdoor and water activities.

In her more than fifteen years of Human Resources experience, Stephanie has created Human Resources functions for several start-up companies and positively transformed Human Resources processes for existing Human Resources Departments. She has extensive experience with employee and union relations, ISO and AS compliance, performance management, succession planning, benefit and 401K administration, strategic planning and budgeting, exempt and non-exempt talent acquisition and lean methodology. She is very well versed in FLSA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, Affirmative Action, Diversity and Inclusion, COBRA and FFRCA compliance.

Richard is a retired United States Army Ranger. Stephanie and Richard met through their mutual love of dancing and singing. They married in June 2016.
